Sleeping Area

Bed with mosquito net inside a thatched-roof bungalow

Guests each have their own private bungalow — a 10m² structure built on a cement slab. Bungalows have queen beds, mosquito nets to keep insects out, and a small table for your things. We do our best to keep out insects by building on cement and including mosquito nets, but this is a remote, tropical area, so some exposure to insects is unavoidable. We prepare your bed for sleep every night, but we recommend checking and brushing off your mattress for fire ants before going to sleep.

Note: Laundry service is available upon request for 500 VUV/basket.

Dining Area

All meals are served at the dining area. Breakfast is typically served around 7am, lunch around 12pm, and dinner around 6pm, though this can be adjusted based on guest preference. Meals typically consist of a carb like rice or a starchy local root vegetable, a seafood-based protein (fish and coconut crab are most common), and occasionally local fruits, chicken, or eggs. Food is simple and traditional, but you will not be hungry.

Bathroom

Traditional thatched-roof bathroom structure

There is one shared bathroom that uses a bucket flush. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a shower, as we do not have plumbing and it would use too much of our freshwater reserve. Guests have used reef-safe soap and bathed in the ocean in the past — reef-safe soap can be purchased here before your trip.
